Shipping policy

Due to a significant raise in price by the courier, rolled shipping for customers is disabled. You can still request rolled shipping directly but expect ~£20 increase. Large lengths of fabric will still require rolled courier. Apologies for the inconvenience

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders will be despatched within 7 business days, however most orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days.

DELIVERY CHOICES:

UK (Excluding Northern Ireland)

We have 3 different methods of shipping available.

  • Large Letter £1.50 Exc VAT / £1.80 Inc VAT
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class £2.92 Exc VAT / £3.5 Inc VAT
  • Courier (see below)

All rates are calculated based off of multiple parameters from your cart. For example "Letter" is only available on certain items and when the cart weight is under 100g.

Royal Mail 2nd Class;

Royal Mail 2nd Class is available on all orders up to 2kg.

Courier:

Courier is available on all orders up to 40kg.

Non Rolled Items:

  • 0 - 25kg = £6.67 Exc VAT / £8 Inc VAT
  • 25kg - 40kg = £10.83 Exc VAT  / £13 Inc VAT

Rolled Items:

  • 0 - 25kg = £7.5 Exc VAT / £9 Inc VAT
  • 25kg - 40kg = £10.83 Exc VAT  / £13 Inc VAT

Combined Rolled Items + Non Rolled Items:
0 - 40kg = £10.83 Exc VAT  / £13 Inc VAT

Scottish Islands

Scottish Islands are subject an additional fee for courier orders. You will be contacted for further payment after checkout.

Northern Ireland

Royal Mail shipping rates are the same as in UK section above. However "Courier" rates may vary. If you would like your items sent via courier you may have to pay slightly extra for shipping. You can place your order as normally and we may contact to if further payment is required. Or you may contact us before your purchase to get a confirmed shipping rate.

EU

No VAT or duties are charged at checkout for any EU order. You the customer are responsible for any charges upon import to the destination country.
